It is not an electoral poll, does not measure voting intention, and does not predict election results. Every report discloses its sources, sample size, and date range. You may not use PulsoSignal reports to harass, defame, or make false claims about any real person. You are responsible for how you use, present, or redistribute the reports you receive. Illustrative sample reports (with placeholder names, marked "MUESTRA") must not be presented to third parties as real findings about real people. Purchasing a report gives you the right to use that specific report — it does not grant rights to our underlying methodology, glossary, or software. We work to be accurate and transparent about our methods, but we cannot guarantee that every public source is complete, unbiased, or free of coordinated/bot activity — where we detect such activity, we flag it separately rather than silently including it.
